Object of study - 105 patients with locally advanced breast cancer. Purpose - to increase the efficiency of complex treatment and improve the quality of life of patients with locally advanced breast cancer by improving the methods of neoadjuvant therapy. Research Methods and apparatus - clinical, morphological, radiological, statistical, mammography "Simens", ultrasound machines "Aloka", angiographic installation "Philips BV Pylsera". Developed a method of complex treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer with the use of a neoadjuvant chemotherapy scheme mode CAP (system-selective). Improve the existing method of complex treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer with the use of chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant mode scheme FAC against radiofrequency hyperthermia by placing the applicator to the axillary region in the projection metastatic regional lymph nodes. Results of treatment of 105 patients with locally advanced breast cancer at the National Cancer Institute in 2012. The changes in hematologlcal parameters in patients with breast cancer in the dynamics of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, an assessment of its toxicity. Found that the use in treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer chemotherapy can increase the percentage of patients who were treated with radical and reduce the percentage of drug-resistant tumors. Application in treatment of patients with breast cancer developed method does not degrade the performance of hematopoiesis and feeling sick. The developed method of treatment of patients with breast cancer with the use of a neoadjuvant chemotherapy scheme mode CAP (system-selective), reduces the toxic effects of chemotherapy, which allows for a comprehensive anti-cancer treatment in full, and increased by 14.6% the number of surgical interventions compared with control. An improved method for complex treatment of patients with breast cancer with the use of chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant mode scheme FAC against radiofrequency hyperthermia allowed to increase the percentage of regression of metastases in regional lymph nodes at 17.73%. Preliminary positive results of treatment by breast cancer developed methods indicate their prospects and continuation of the study.
