The aim of carrying out second stage of R&D is the development of methodical bases and realization of practical mechanisms of co-operation of separate elements of the computer-integrated systems of EIR of the corporate system of STI in the conditions of increase of information-analytical functions. As a result of implementation of the second stage N&D the analysis of scientific-methodical bases of integration of the system DB and EIR was conducted on scientific-technological activity in Ukraine, which accumulate in UKRINTEI. The mechanisms of management the functions of the information-analytical providing the processes of management scientific and technical activity are considered, realization of the considered mechanisms is executed on separate examples on different levels.
