A number of approaches and software tools that provide a more effective solution to the problem of calculating the temperature fields parts cylinder turbines during both cooling after stop, and when they return - loading, tasks to manage these processes. Implementation of the work is promising for power plants in Ukraine and for Open Corporation of "Тurboatom", which designs and produces powerful turbines, should lead to a reduction in the duration of their warm-up mode - loading by 10-20%. This will reduce the fuel consumption and an important element in the overall work of the United Energy Systems of Ukraine with the unification of energy systems in European countries
