The purpose - establishing the main fast-growing species of trees and shrubs with a relatively short period of growth and landscape crops with valuable features, the development of conditions of obtaining in vitro plant material for furthe r breeding, DNA analysis of SSR-markers of cultivated and wild forms to differentiation and identification the genotypes. Research methods - methods of cells culturing, tissues and organs of plants in vitro, agriculture technology methods of growing plants and processing of raw materials, histochemical methods for detecting nucleic acids, polysaccharides, lipids and proteins, methods for determination of the mitotic index and anaphase study method of chromosome aberration, extraction of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), the amplification of DNA fragments by using PCR, reverse transcription, electrophoretic analysis of the amplification products (in agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis), cluster and phylogenetic analyzes, processing of the experimental data with using of the modern computer program s and web-based resources. As a result the theoretical principle was developed the methodological technology of cloning and adapting of decorative plants and fast-growing tree species for greening and alternative energy were modified. Methodical approaches of the analysis of changes in willow genotype (Salix viminalis L.), breeding in culture using aseptic techniques to analyze genetic polymorphism of DNA by PCR (RAPD-, ISSR-PCR, AFLP and SSRP) were developed. The methodology of hops genetic certification (Humulus lupulus L.) of Ukrainian selection using microsatellite analysis and variants of molecular genetic passports was developed. The diagnostic test system, based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR), was developed for detection of apple mosaic virus (AMV) andPrunus necrotic ring-spot virus (PNRSV).
