Object of researches - the production of vegetables (tomato, cucumber, cabbage, carrot and beet, peas, dill); typical black soil; organic and mineral fertilizers. Purpose of researches - development a scientifically-justified requirements to technologies of growing environmentally appropriate and safe production of vegetables in the forest-steppe of Ukraine based on the regulation of the levels of the mineral supply, without any risk of pollution of the environment. Methods of researches - physical-chemical, biochemical, microbiological, statistical. The analysis of regulatory and scientific-methodical maintenance of environmentally friendly vegetable growing in Ukraine and Europe. Generalized international and domestic experience in conducting research and methodology for collecting research data. Research of agrochemical soil fertility indicators in crops of vegetables from the main phases of their development; analyzed in terms of the quality and safety of the commodity products of pea, dill, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, beets, cabbage; responsiveness of vegetable crops harvest. The analysis of the obtained data reveals that moderate chemical loading and application of organic-mineral system of fertilization to ensure higher quality of vegetables and to form the best conditions of nitrogen from the soil. Research results can be used for programming the yield of vegetables in the farms and reproduction areas, preservation of soil fertility and produce ecological pure vegetable products. Field of application - agriculture.
