Purpose: to determine the molecula- genetics characteristics of oncohematological pathology of myeloid origin forming in persons exposed to ionizing radiation. Methods: clinical, hematological, molecular-genetics, cells culture, immunologic, and statistics. We have used immunoferment analyzer Humareader (Germany), thermocycler Gene-Amp PCR 2700 (Singapore), microscope "Sedival" and "Standard 25" Carl Zeiss, Jena (Germany). The JAK2 V617F mutation was detected by multiplexed allele-specific polymerase chain reaction. The method of detection JAK2 V617F mutation was validated as a marker of spontaneous and radiation associated pathology, in particular polycythemia vera (specificity - 99,14% and 94,73%, sensitivity - 95,65% and 96,29% accordingly), idiopathic myelofibrosis (specificity - 100% for both groups, sensitivity - 61,9% and 33,3% accordingly), essential thrombocythemia (specificity - 100% for both groups, sensitivity - 65,62% and 50% accordingly). The cultivation of hematopoietic stem cell of peripheral blood in an environment with autoserum (clusters ?15,37±2,95) has sensitivity - 100% and specificity - 83% for cases with under-representation of a major diagnostic criteria, that can be used for diagnostics of Ph-negative chronic myeloproliferative disorders.
