Aim of work: to develop the scientifically grounded going near the improvement of providing by essential nutrients of the unorganized groups of children of preschool age, born from mothers who constantly live on radioactive contaminated territories. Methods of researches: medical questionnaire, clinical (general anamnesis, analysis of complaints), anthropometric (height, mass of body, circumference of thorax), biochemical, spectral-dynamical (determination of vitamin and mineral status on the device of the medical setting "KSK-BARS"), statistical. The inspection of 1011 children (503 rural, 508 urban). It is set that the nutrition of children of preschool age is irrational and does not answer them to the physiology necessities. Thus, the protein content in food rations of rural and urban children was on 17.8 and 12%, PUFA - on 50.2 and 61.2%, difficult carbohydrates - on 35.7 and 26.2%, vitamins A and D - on 59,2 and 73.8% also 64.2 and 72.7%, cellulose - on 63.2 and 60.7%, calcium - on 39.3 and 23,7% less than physiology needs. Correlation of protein, fat and carbohydrates in the food rations of rural and urban children was 1:1,3:4,5 and 1:1,2:3,4; to the calcium and phosphorus - 1:2,1 accordingly. The complex of hygienic measures is developed on the prophylaxis of polynutrient deficits, which consists in the compatible use of the program "DanKost-2"(WHO) for the calculations of chemical composition of food rations, spectral-dynamic method for determination of providing of organism by vitamins and minerals, it was showed the presence of succession of polynutrient deficits in families. In the work was recommended compounding of food rations and a week's menus is for the children of preschool age, which include the most accessible for the habitant of radioactive contaminated territories food products.
