Objective: To verify the changes pro-, antioxidant systems and the functional state of gonadal axis in female rats exposed to different conditions of N-stearoylethanolamine. Methods: biochemical, enzymeimmunoassay, statistics. It was found that when rats were irradiated at the dose of 2.0 Gy, and both schemes of N-stearoylethanolamine at the dose of 50 mg / kg (before and after the exposure) in blood plasma significantly reduced the concentration of TBA-active products, the 11-ACS, increased activity of catalase, glutathioneperoxidase, concentrations of progesterone, estradiol, compared with irradiated animals.
