A research object is a mechanism of realization of effective монетарної politics by a central bank in the conditions of economic instability and problem of management financial firmness and liquidity of banks. The article of research is theoretical and methodical principles and practical aspects of monetary accommodation and going near a management financial firmness and liquidity of home banks. A research aim is development of methodical recommendations in relation to the improvement of monetary accommodation in Ukraine and making of suggestions in relation to optimization of management financial firmness and liquidity of home bank institutions - envisaged realization of research after next directions: ground of теоретико-методологічних aspects and value of monetary accommodation in development of national economy; finding out of feature of monetary policy of national bank of Ukraine is in the context of achievement of macroeconomic a complex analysis of financial firmness of banks is in Ukraine; consideration of problem and prospects of liquidity management of the banking system of Ukraine is in the conditions of instability of financial markets; development of methodical recommendations is in relation to the improvement of monetary accommodation in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in the ground of new conceptually-theoretical approaches and practical recommendations in relation to development of fundamental positions of monetary accommodation and монетарної politics in the context of providing of macroeconomic stability and efficiency of functioning of banks in market conditions.
