A research object are directions of development of record-keeping and registration politics of subjects of economic activity in control system by business. The primary purpose of work is a ground of conceptual bases in relation to further development of теоретико-методологічних and organizationally-technical positions of registration politics, and also development of practical recommendations from the improvement of order of forming and realization of registration politics by the subjects of economic activity that provides organizationally-economic terms for effective activity of managing subjects of Ukraine. Research methods are scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of induction and deduction, ascent from abstract to concrete, and also specific methods of analysis : grouping, comparison, mutual study of economic processes et al. The practical value of research results consists in possibility of the use of theoretical and practical developments of registration politics the subjects of economic activity during forming and realization of Statute is about registration politics.
