Methods of investigation: comparative, critical, methodological analysis, theoretical synthesis, ranging, simulation, abstraction, scientific classification, psycho-didactic projecting, survey, content-analysis, psychological-pedagogical experiment, expertise, theoretical reflection, correlation analysis. In the result of the investigation the fol-lowing result have been obtained: 1) the structural-functional model of psychologically efficient educational book complex (EBC) has been substantiated, 2) the main stages and nine derivative phases of the technology of projecting EBC, based on the modern conceptual backgrounds of innovative module-developing system of education, have been outlined, 3) the integral model of EBC, which clarifies the set of principles, demands, criteria, parameters, indicators and means of psychological projecting of its components, has been developed, 4) the model of interaction of a reader with the structured content of EBC, which covers the forms of fixation, phases of working out the socio-culturally con-ditioned information and the mechanisms of inter-transition of the last into the correspondent processes and subjective notion-images of personal knowledge, has been built, 5) the unique author psycho-diagnostic method, which allows to reveal the rate of realization of psychological potential (psychic processes, states, peculiarities and trends) of students owing to their interaction with education literature, has been created. The obtained results make up the basis of the PhD thesis, four master papers, implemented into the experience of work of four higher education establishments, used during the conduction of contractual scientific-research work, and they as well can be used in the process of profes-sional activity by the authors of EBC, methodists, decorators, reviewers, representatives of education houses, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine and National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine as state institu-tions, which responsibility is to improve the system of national publishing.
