Object of study - methods for automation of decision making. Purpose - development and experimental research of methods, models, hardware and software for pattern recognition based on hybrid models of computational intelligence. For the development of software systems for pattern recognition the new methods are developed and improved in the work They are methods for constructing of artificial neural and neuro-fuzzy networks, criterial models of quality of training samples and neural models, methods of sample forming, and multi-agent evolutionary feature selection methods that analyze the informativeness of features on stage of initialization and use the modified operators to accelerate the convergence to the optimal solution, the methods of structural and parametric synthesis of neural networks based on evolutionary optimization, allowing to select the optimal structure of neural network, handling, so the value of weights and thresholds, that using special operators to reduce the number of connections in network, the method of induction of decision rules from data sets, immunocomputing methods of pattern recognition. The results of research are recommended for use in solving of problems of pattern recognition, technical and biomedical diagnostics, and so on.
