Subject of research are theoretical views, ideas and concepts for the protection of human subjects of corporate relations, norms of domestic and foreign regulations that define it, and jurisprudence consideration economic, civil, and administrative cases involving corporate business relations. The aim is to summarize the legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries, judicial practice and theoretical development directions and ways of improving corporate legislation of Ukraine and develop on the basis of this research-based recommendations for optimization. Methods - general and special methods of scientific knowledge, including comparative legal and formal-legal methods, and the methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization. Results of the study are to develop ways of improvement of the legal mechanism for protection of human rights of corporate relations and the development of adequate theoretical basis for good law enforcement practices.
