Object of research - the process of transferring load in tooth gearings and increase their load capacity.The work purpose - working out of evolute gears synthesis methods which have the raised loading ability and high quality indicators of mesh, working out of theoretical bases of bending endurance estimation for cylindrical gears by mathematical modeling of fatigue processes. Research methods switch on the generalized approach to synthesis of gears, methods of the stress-strain state definition of teeth, including a Finite element method, mathematical methods of fatigue estimation of details. Results of work: advanced methods of evolute teeth working surfaces synthesis and the analysis of quality indicators evolute mesh, perfection of theoretical bases of fatigue processes modeling; program-modeling implementation of the mathematical models and algorithms. Results are recommended to be used at synthesis of new gear with evolute mesh and at designing of perspective drives on the basis of cylindrical gears.
