The aim of the work is to get original N,S- amidoalkylating reagents and realization of modification theirs acylamin's radicals; establishment of the mechanism of topomerization on the base of datas, of NMR and quantum-chemical calculations; establishment of mechanism of regrouping of spiroderivative on treatment by Vilsmaer's reagent; determination of properties of new catalysts for achievement of high activity and selectivity of the synthesis of (>С2) nieriles. Methods of research - chemical synthesis, thin-layer chromatography (TLC), X-ray analysis (XRA), the infrared (IR) and NMR 1H spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. During the research methods of obtaining N,S- amidoalkylating reagents and similar substances with heterocumulens groups investigated theirs physical and chemical characteristics have been developed; examined process of topomerization in N-alkyl (aryl) sulfenyl-, sulfinyl-, sulfonyl derivatives imine by physical and quantum-chemical calculations; view properties of rearrangement spiroderivative and similar substances; catalytic characteristics of new contacts on the base of active component - copper oxide examined. Area of use of results of work - DG 24.20.0 manufacture of agrochemical production, DG 24.41.0 manufacture of the basic pharmaceutical products.
