The effect was explained by changes of distances among fullerene nano-crystals caused by deformation which lead to changes in the tunneling probability of charge carriers among them. It is shown that doping of heterostructures by shallow impurities in the region of a quantum well leads to formation of an impurity band which substantially changes character of the lateral low-temperature conductivity under weak and strong electric fields. In the case of tunnel-coupled quantum wells and delta-doping in the region of one of them the formation of an impurity band leads to appearance of a resonance kind features in the lateral conductivity. It is found that polycrystalline nano-films of the Heusler alloy (Co2Fe)хGe1-x grown on single-crystalline substrates of Si (001) with an amorphous surface layer of SiO2 have magnetic anisotropy which type depends on the aloe composition. At x~0.5 the films have single-axis anisotropy with the light axis directed along the magnetizing field. In the films with a larger x there was found also the growth anisotropy of the 2nd and 4th orders which is a consequence of their partial texturing. Appearance of the magnetization induced light-axis anisotropy in the film plane is explained in the approximation of the model of dry magnetic friction.
