The algorithmic tools for the analysis and short-term and mid-term forecasting of socio-economic development of Zhytomir, Lviv, Poltava, Cherkassy and Vinnitsa regions were developed as a result of the research. The adjustment of the models of the integrated information-analytic system for budget process maintenance in Ukraine was carried out, considering the influence of financial-economic regulators on the dynamics of the forecasted indicators. It improves the reasoning of choice for the variants of the local budgets.
