The theory and mathematical models to predict the level of adhesive and cohesive strength and process optimization have been developed. The elements of automated complex for spraying of micro- and nano powders of refractory materials have been developed. Recommendations for the implementation of developed automated complex elements and technology for cold spraying have been proposed.
