Object of research - the legal relationship in the sphere of organization and implementation of state scientific and technical expertise.The purpose of work is the research of the normative-legal and theoretical framework on the issues of regulation of activity in the field of scientific and technical expertise, the comparative legal analysis of legislative base of Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan, in the field of scientific and technical expertise, as well as model legislation of the CIS member-States and elaboration of the draft sub-legal regulatory act aimed at its improvement in accordance with the modern requirements as part of the process of scientific and scientific-technical activity in Ukraine. At the time of survey used by the General scientific and special methods, in particular, used such methods, as the dialectical, comparative, logical-semantic, dogmatic-legal, formal legal, complex analysis method. The results of the work: the Report on fulfillment of scientific-research work "Analysis of current legislation and development of draft regulatory legal act on organization and conducting of scientific and scientific-technical expertise in Ukraine" and the draft regulatory legal act on the organization and conducting of scientific and scientific-technical expertise in Ukraine. Field of application: the scope of the organization and implementation of scientific and scientific-technical expertise. The introduction of the results of the work will contribute, in particular, improve the quality of the organization and implementation of scientific and scientific-technical expert examination of the state bodies, which are responsible for the formation and implementation of state scientific-technical policy.
