Digit calculations of the band structure of ferromagnetic nickel were made, its electronic characteristics evaluated and finally nickel was selected as ferromagnetic material and niobium as superconductor for specified three-layer heterostructures. Nickel-niobium double-throw contacts and laminated structures on their base were manufactured. Theoretical and research studies of electronic transport in nanoscale ferromagnetic-superconductor doubled layers (based on the example of nickel contacts with niobium and molybdenum rhenium) were performed. Research studies of nonlinear properties of homogeneous and heterogeneous Josephson nanojunctions with ferromagnetic layer were performed. Considered studies were directed to definition of current-phase correlation of SFS-junctions in ?-form. 0-? junctions in heterogeneous Josephson nanojunctions superconductor-ferromagnetic metal-superconductor were investigated.
