The purpose of paper is the development of student’s individuality based on the implementation of psycho-pedagogical support of training among specialists in technical colleges. Personal development is the development of educational identity, and the identity of regulatory areas which provide psychologically mature attitude to training and professional activities. Methods of research: theoretical analysis of the literature, empirical research using complex psychodiagnostic techniques; statistical methods: descriptive statistics, methods of testing the significance of differences in unrelated samples and multivariate statistical method - factor analysis. Empirical data processing was carried out using standardized computer-based Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS Statistics 17.0. Specific features of academic identity are determined. Their connection with the personal development of the student is justified. In contrast to studies that are able to develop individual student in terms of effectiveness of training or the impact of external regulation,there was developed a system of student typology in characterization of learning identity which forms the intersection area of personal and professional identity in the process of training and education in technical universities. There were defined features of adaptation styles, motivation and training revenues in the technical colleges, personal maturity and symptoms of responsibility, social and emotional intelligence, corresponding to each of the types in educational identity. Motivation sphere features of individual students in learning activities of technical universities are identified according to the self-assessment of their learning. Self-evaluation of training can be used as an indicator of educational effectiveness and as training predictor of success. The features of individualized strategies for personal and professional self-determination among students of 1 and 5 courses of technical colleges are characterized. Appropriate "targets" of psycho-pedagogical influence and facilitation are identified, methodological bases of complex psychological and educational activities for individual students in technical universities are worked out. Appropriate training program on progress of constructive types of educational identity is developed and tested for effectiveness.The study of structure in individual psychosemantic spirituality is fulfilled for the first time. The recommendations for educational development of the dialogue on the future of spirituality among technicians as an integral condition of humanistic social transformation are given. Gender attitudes and the structure of love in such a specific contingent as female students of technical colleges were investigated for the first time. The appropriate training program that will let psychological services create adequate psychological and educational environment for development of sex-role identity of the girls, the number of which is growing each year only in traditional "male" universities, is developed and tested for efficacy.
