Information × Registration Number 0213U001789, 0111U001981 , R & D reports Title Engineering of Human Operator's Decision Support System in Flight Emergencies popup.stage_title Head Shmelova T.F., Registration Date 07-02-2013 Organization Kirovograd Flight Academy of National Aviation University popup.description2 As a result of decoupling of decision-making process by Air Navigation System's human-operator in flight emergencies the professional factors (level of knowledge, skills and abilities, acquired during training and professional activity) and factors of non-professional activity: psycho-physiological (features of the nervous system, emotional type, sociotype), individual-psychological (temperament, attention, perception, thinking, imagination, nature, intention, health, experience), socio-psychological (moral, economic, social, political, legal), which influence on human-operator's decision-making in flight emergencies, have been determined. Within the research of Air Navigation System as a complex Socio-Technical System the methodology of the analysis of human-operator's (pilot, controller) decision-making in flight emergencies has been developed, which has allowed to receive the following models: - the logical-deterministic models of human-operator's decision-making; - the stochastic models of human-operator's decision-making under risk and uncertainty; - the neural network models of evaluating the efficiency of the potential alternative of flight completion, analysis of an opportunity of flight performance and admission of the student in pre-simulator training system at the stage of initial training of air traffic service specialists. The numerical indices of an expected risk in the stochastic models of decision-making by Air Navigation System's human-operator under risk and uncertainty have been defined. The scenarios of developing a flight situation in case of selecting either the positive or negative pole under the pressure of the external environment, the preceding experience of a human-operator and the intentional selection (intention) in accordance with the reflexive theory have been obtained. The automated system of the pre-flight information preparing intended for selection of the necessary selective information according to the type of flight and providing the recommendations to the human-operator about an opportunity of flight performance has been developed. The prototype of decision support system which will allow timely to diagnose and to predict possible human-operator's actions in flight emergencies, and also during simulator training of complex control systems' operators (pilots, controllers, flight dispatchers) has been constructed.
