The developed methods and computing facilities are for a decision: tasks on creation and improvement of thermal charts of the power settings including combined cycle; tasks, that concerned with introduction of energy keepings technologies for the power complexes of small-yield; tasks from the increase of economy and reliability of compartments moistly steam turbines, including constructions of workings shoulder-blades of the last degree. Technological approaches are developed from the use of hard fuels in energy, which provide sufficient economic and ecological indicators. A radio wave method and apparatus of non-contact non-destructive control of erosive damages of shoulder-blades of steam-turbines is created without a stop power units
