Methods used during the research and material handling system-structural and comparative analysis, factor analysis and coefficient, the method of critical analysis of scientific literature, visual and mathematical methods, econometric methods. The problem is caused by the need to study the development of scientific and methodological approaches to the determination of open investment market that can perform a database for a balanced management decisions of public authorities regarding the formation of the basic principles of management and development of investment policy.
