Object of the research: mathematical models of nonlinear phenomena and processes in neuroscience and other fields of science and technology. Goal of the research: to study synchronization and chaotic dynamics for a wiade range of nonlinear evolutionary processes in systems of coupled oscillators of diverse nature and finding the optimal parameters of operation when used in neural networks. Method: qualitative and numerical and analytical methods for analysis of nonlinear mathematical models, theory of dynamical systems to study synchronization and stability of solutions, bifuration theory to study the evolution of solutions depending on parameters. New results on qualitative and asymptotic behavior of neural system models are obtained. The results can be used for further applications of mathematical modeling in the treatment of diseases of the human brain. The nonlinear dynamics, including the phenomenon of synchronization for a wide range of nonlinear evolution processes and their applications in neuroscience and other fields of science and the development of new technologies. The existence of chimera states and studied their properties depending on the system parameters for the Kuramoto model with nonlocal coupling. Birth and bifurcation scenario of the systems coupled oscillators are obtained and studied. Mathematical models of neurophysiology are studied and advice on their practical application are produced for developing of new approaches to the treatment of Parkinson's disease. A new parallel computing algorithms for simulation of complex neural networks with varying topology relationships are developed.
