DNA-typing of 15 genotypes of Ukrainian autochtonous grape varieties of the National ampelographic collection "Magarach" based on SSR-PCR analysis of 6 microsatellite loci was carried out. Molecular-genetical passportization of an varieties of 6 microsatellite loci was achieved. Elements of standardization and coding of allele sizes using 9 SSR loci of 5 reference varieties and 25 studied cultivars in compliance with the requirements of the European database of grapevine have been developed.
