In particular, the existence, uniqueness and qualitative properties of generalized solutions of linear integro-differential equations of Sobolev-Hal'pern with right-hand sides of the classes of distributions of finite order are investigated; the genericity of solvability and well-posedness of some variational problems related to optimization of distributed parameter systems is investigated; methods for solving problems and Pareto-optimization problems and the equilibrium problem for systems with distributed parameters are developed; the economic and strongly convergence methods for bilevel optimization problems and variational inequalities on sets of fixed points of nonexpansive-like operators are developed; the decomposition methods for variational inequalities and equilibrium problems arising in the optimization problems for distributed parameters systems are developed.
