A phenomenological theory of radiation and Kelvin-Voigt's model of viscoelasticity in the formulation of the problems are the initial. The effect of thermal radiation on the boundary surfaces, in a partially transparent area and at the contact boundary of components is taken into account. A mathematical model for the problem of the optimal respect to fast heating control of thermosensitive layered solids of canonical form within the theory of of non-isothermal elastic-plastic deformation of elements of the body on the trajectories of the lesser curvature is constructed. The problem is to determine such a control (the temperature of the environment surrounding one of the boundary surfaces, or the heat flux on one of the boundary surfaces), which for the minimum time transforms the body from the initial thermal state to the final one, characterized by a given average integral temperature. The limitation as a control function, and the maximum value of the accumulated plastic shear strain, or one of the components of the tensor of plastic strains are taken into account. The efficacy of applying of two variants of the method of successive approximations to solve the nonlinear heat conduction problems for thermosensitive solids on the example of stationary problems of heat conduction for thermosensitive layer, a hollow sphere and cylinder is investigated.
