For the first time the concept of the first stage of future teachers' training to the professional activity in the conditions of part-time education has been theoretically grounded and developed. The individual factors of obtained qualities which influence the success of teaching of extension students and their proportion (mathematical models which allow to predict the success of students' teaching in correspondence to their individual results and age have been worked out and described; the structure of model of future teachers' training to the professional activity in the system of part-time education which consists of five components (diagnostic, prognostic, substantial and pragmatist, technological and resultative) of pedagogical terms (individualization, personalization, facilitation) and forms of their realization (remote testing, preparation of the tasks, consultations with the help of informational and communicative technologies); the pedagogical technology of individualization of professional future teaches' training in the system of part-time education in the higher educational establishment has been developed; the terms 'preparation', 'professional preparation', 'part-time education' have been specified) have been defined.
