The subject of the work is the static and dynamic characteristics of the magnetic field microelectronic frequency converters on a base of the reactive characteristics of transistor structures with negative resistance. Lineal and non-lineal mathematical models of the microelectronic frequency converters of a magnetic field on a base of transistor structures with negative resistance are development. The analytical dependences function of conversion and equation of sensitivity and equations for computation of the microelectronic frequency sensors of a magnetic field on a base of transistor structures with negative resistance are obtained.
