Object of design- specialized cryostat device for photodetectors of IR radiation The purpose of design - creation of cryogenic devices for efficient cool-off of photodetectors IR and visual ranges of radiation of a different type Tasks of work were: - Carrying out of experimental researches of association of a level warm noise on temperature, velocity of their modification with temperature, association of the relation " a signal / noise on temperature and influence of conditions of power supply of a photomultiplier to these parameters - Development of a construction of the device with built-in in it photodetectors of radiation of a different type; - Carrying out of laboratory breadboarding and research of characteristics of designed final control devices; - Manufacture of 2 experimental model of crydevice - Research of characteristics of devices, their adjusting and operational development and also correction of designed documentation. - Development of the description and use specification by this cryosystem; The following results are received: 1. 2types of cryodevices of an independent type for efficient cool-off of photodetectors IR and visual дапазонов of radiation are created . The performances of devices with liquid nitrogen as working cryoagent are explored .Devices have following performances: " Rnge of a thermal control -80 - 300 K; " The consumption of liquid nitrogen - is no more 0,2 Ltr/h. Created cryodevices ensure the high relation "signal "/ noise" for photomultipliers and other types of photodetectors. The receivedperformances of cryodevices on such parameters as stability of temperature, cryoagent consumption exceed the best world) analogs. The designed gears are necessary for usage in exploratory works, which are conducted in Ukraine, and by a rating "price / quality" are competitive in the exterior market.
