The milk-clotting activity of cultural medium increased to 2-3,5 times during the cultivation of Irpex lacteus strains on these nutrient mediums. The method of cellulase production from cultural medium of basidiomycetes was devised. This method allows to receive the enzymes with high degree of purification. It is established that during the cultivation of Schizopyllum commune strains on Chapeck's nutrient medium the activity of cellulolytic enzymes of dikaryotic strains is higher to 1,7 times than monokaryotic strains. The sample of Pleurotus ostreatus strains is genetically impure under the factors of homogeneous compatibility. It is proved that for production of hybrid strains Pleurotus ostreatus with high productivity it is necessary to cross the monokaryons which formed primordia on phytogenesis substrate. It is discovered that hybrid strain D.22-41 is an active producer of an edible biomass of mycelium with the high content of protein at depth cultivation and strain D.30-41 is a perspective producer of free amino acids, including irreplaceable amino acids. It is established that the functional characteristic at 1040 sm of IR-light can serve as a marker sign for selection of natural Pleurotus ostreatus strains with high productivity of fruit bodies. It is shown that preliminary IMF-processing promotes acceleration growth processes at commercial strain НК-35 and some Pleurotus ostreatus strains on 13-25% concerning control.
