It was discussed the conception and methodology of implementation of geoparks in Ukraine. It was analysed geomorphological diversity of geomorphological regions of Ukraine and valued geotouristic and world-wide potential of protected territories (reserves, national natural parks, regional landscape parks) as a basis of formation of geoparks. It was created and characterized cartographic model of net of projected geoparks of Ukraine. It was done conceptual projects of model geoparks on the Volyn-Podolya and in the Ukrainian Carpathians. It was discussed local, national and interstate geotouristic ways on the base of projected geoparks. It was done the Regulations about national geopark and methodical indicators about formation of net of geoparks in Ukraine.
