Results allowed to further explore the nature of the electronic structure of the spectrum by relationship between the system composition and properties, to establish correlation of physical properties at the origin, transformation and destruction of cluster structures, to develop the influence mechanisms of impurity concentration on structure-sensitive parameters and the melt transport coefficients; the new materials for high-temperature lead-free solders were proposed.
