The technological scheme of the reduction process of crusher's worn out working bodies by liquid metal is presented. The production technology of the bimetallic castings of crusher's working bodies on the base of the worn out parts is developed, and corresponding technological instruction is made. The technological schemes of formation of flat and arched profiled surfacing zones of laser strengthening of the crusher's working bodies steel base are given. The technology of laser strengthening of the worn out working bodies of crushers is created, corresponding technological instruction is made. The results of research-and - industrial tests of the reduced working bodies of hammer crusher СМД-147 are presented.
