The effect of growth inhibitors on in vitro cultivation of plants from different taxonomic groups of different origin in order to improve long-term preservation techniques of plant material under aseptic conditions.Biotech plants carrying the tuberculosis antigene genes were created. There were tomatoes, alfalfa, lettuce. Methods of production, conservation and probe preparation of plant material for Western blotting analysis were proposed to estimate the biological activity of recombinant proteins that able to induce an immune response against tuberculosis. Vectors for expression of pharmacologically valuable proteins (human interferon alfa 2b; proteins which may induce an immune response against tuberculosis - ESAT-6, Ag85b; beta-subunit of cholera toxin and protein C of human surfactant complex) were constructed.
