The analysis needs to create specialized institutions breeding of rare and endangered plants in Ukraine. An annotated list of rare species of Carpathian and Westen Podyllia floras are given for their breeding under ex situ and repatriation in natural conditions, analyzed the nature of distribution and population status of species selected for their breeding under ex situ. Characterize genetic bank of rare and endangered species of Carpathian and Westen Podyllia floras (etalon sites, seed bank, field bank), biological features of rare species in culture. The technique of reconstruction and restoration of disturbed missing (in nature) populations of rare and endangered species are given, created a database of rare and endangered species of the region that are grown ex situ and repatriated (reintroducted) in natural habitat, developed the methodology of the Center artificial breeding of rare and endangered species of the Carpathian and Westen Podyllia, its development strategy and work plan.
