A number of analytic papers was prepared, dealing with topical issues of the development of culture in Ukraine and aimed at the improvement of public cultural policies. These included: annual analytic reports of the Ministry of Culture from years 2008-2011; informational papers for Parliamentary hearings on "National Identity in Ukraine under the challenges of globalization" (2009); "A strategy for human development in contemporary Ukraine" (2011); "Ethno-national policy in Ukraine: achievements and perspectives" (2011). Other products of the study included: Draft National Report on the implementation of the recommendations included in the Report of CoE experts on cultural policy in Ukraine in 2007-2009; expert's review of the "Concept of Ukraine's Human Development for the period until 2020"; draft Concept for State Targeted Program for Comprehensive Development of Ukrainian Language for 2012-2014; as well as number of other analytical papers and draft legal acts.
