It is shown that the introduction of the experimental animals doxorubicin and isoproterenol leads to myocardiopathy, accompanied by severe morphological changes in the myocardium and the activity of CPK in the blood serum. Developing heart failure is accompanied by a change in the behavioral reactions, which are determined by the elevated plus- maze test and the "open field" . Found that intoxication by doxorubicin and isoproterenol greatly reduces the potential for vascular dilatatorny in adult and old mice. The introduction of bone marrow stem cells has led to a certain normalization of biochemical and morphological parameters, as well as partial restoration of behavioral responses and contributed to a significant restoration of endothelium-dependent and endothelium -independent vasodilatory responses in adult animals.
