Proposed new vision of the place and role of cognitive processes in the structure of communication, as mechanisms of cognitive regulation the exchange of information, intentions and attitudes. Was created science-based framework for creating curricula and teaching materials for the preparation of professional communicators and for optimize the flow of the practice of social communication, compiled and tested diagnostic methods of ontology learning communication difficulties. Developed methods of communication within the conflict practices, was carried developing social-psychological technologies of practical training of specialists, which is aimed at optimizing the processes of understanding, the removal of social tensions, search mechanisms and areas of social harmony. The novelty of the study is to develop a completed concept of cognitive psychology communication. Effectiveness of implementation: results of a study are reflected in 120 scientific publications, presentations at scientific conferences, seminars, round tables, were used in develop curricula and training. The results of researches are introduced in 25 educational institutions. The use: in conflictological practice and practice of training of specialists, who have responsibility for the optimizing the process of understanding, ease social tensions, search mechanisms and directions of social cohesion.
