Is revealed the low-temperature growth branch of scintillations in the weakly-activated CsI:Tl crystals. This growth corresponds to the bio-molecular process of hole-electronic recombination of Vk with Tl0 - centers and cannot be observed in the strongly-alloyed CsI:Tl crystals. Was obtained the experimental proofs of the fact that Na+-centers fluorescence appears as a result of tunnel Na0-Vk recombination with formation of localized excitons in the singlet spin state.
