Composite building materials (CBM) are represented as complexly open dynamical systems. The analysis of structure building composites and the model of their destruction from this view. It is shown that the properties of CBM determined their structure. Identified structural parameters that determine the properties of construction and maintenance products and designs. On the example of small-piece products analyzes the emergence and development of cracks. Graph-analytically determine where the process of deformation and found that they depend on the geometry of the sample or product. It is shown that the development of the initial strains depends on various factors, power factors (external factors), the type, number and dispersion of fillers (internal factor). In connection with this study the effect of external and internal activation on the size and development of the volume strain hardening cement-filled compositions.
