The new parameter of the metal state under the cyclical loading - critical damage parameter Dcr is proposed. Regression models describing relationship between duration of the fatigue crack propagation and deformation relief intensity near the stress concentrator are established. Area of the application - the method can be used at the full scale testing of aircraft structures as well as at the aircraft operation according the damage tolerance concept.
