Object of research - genetic markers of risk for pathological conditions. The purpose of the study - based on a study of the molecular and genetic mechanisms of development and progression of vascular disease and cancer, comparing options polymorphic genetic markers to identify the most important components of the pathological process and develop an algorithm to identify those at high risk of pathological conditions and complications during cardiovascular and cancer diseases. Methods: molecular genetics, statistical. The study of polymorphic genetic markers of risk for cardiovascular and cancer. In women with hypertension degree, breast cancer and the control group defined frequency I/D-polymorphism ACE gene (angiotensin converting enzyme), polymorphic variants T174M and M2355T AGT gene (angiotensinogen), polymorphic variant gene A166C of AT2R1 (receptor 1st type to angiotensin II) gene polymorphism C108T PON1 (paraoksonaza 1), C677T polimorphyc variant of MTHFR gene (methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase) polymorphic variants 4a/4b, T-786C and G894T of eNOS gene (endothelial NO-synthase) and combinations of these polymorphic genetic markers. Revealed a significant increased risk of both pathologies (and hypertonic disease [?2 = 4,13; p <0,05; OR = 1,82 (95% CI: 1,02-3,25)] and BC [?2 = 4,13 , p <0,05; OR = 1,82 (95% CI: 1,02-3,25)] for female carriers of heterozygous genotype (A1166C) compared with the control group. Accurate difference was observed between the groups of women with hypertonic disease and control group for genotype C-108C [?2 = 4,20; p <0,05; OR = 0,54 (95% CI: 0,30-0,98)] and allele T-108 [?2 = 5,61 , p <0,05; OR = 1,56 (95% CI: 1,08-2,25)] gene PON1. A unified model intergenic interaction statistically significant in women with BC for the age group from 36 to 54 years (p = 0.05) - two-locus interaction model ACE (I/D) + AGT (M235T), which is characterized by 100% reproducibility and accuracy of prediction 78.09%. Best model of gene-gene interactions in the development of women hypertonic disease is shown for the age group 18 to 35 years. When using Exhaustive search of women found the five-locus model (p = 0,05) of intergenic interaction ACE (I/D) +AGT (T174M) +PON1 (C-108T) + eNOS (G894T) + MTHFR (C677T) that is characterized by 100% reproducibility and accuracy of prediction 63.64%. GENES, POLYMORPHIC GENETIC MARKERS, ALLELIC POLYMORPHISM, THE RISK OF DEVELOPING, CANCER PATHOLOGY, CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGY.
