The object of study - patients with chronic secretory otitis media (CSOM) with retraction pockets (RP), retraction pocket, matrix of cholesteatome, mucosa, bone. Purpose - to improve treatment of CSOM with retraction pockets by studying the features of the pathogenesis of development and further development of methods of diagnosis and treatment. Methods - clinical, audiometry, vestibulometry, spiral computed tomography (SCT), craniometry, biochemistry, electron microscopy, analytical and statistical.
