The work purpose - increase of fodder value of damp compound feeds for pets by extruding of a mix of grain components and introduction of fatty compositions and the scalded vegetables in meat and fish raw materials before formation of paste. Implementation of the project is based on use of modern methods of research of physical properties, a chemical composition and microbiological purity of components and finished goods, and also on methods of the statistical analysis. Scientific novelty of the received results: it is scientifically proved a choice of components and recipes of damp compound feeds for cats, kittens and cats taking into account physiological features and age of animals; for the first time it is scientifically proved expediency of use and structure of fatty compositions for production of damp compound feeds for pets; it is developed a new way of production of damp compound feeds for pets which provides increase of their fodder value by extruding of a mix of grain components and introduction of fatty compositions and the scalded vegetables in meat and fish raw materials before formation of pashtetny weight; it is developed structure of mixes of grain components and it is studied a chemical composition, physical and functional properties of ekstrudirovanny mixes of grain components and damp compound feeds in the form of paste, influence of their water-retaining ability and zhirouderzhivayushchy ability on structure and quality of damp compound feeds is established; it is scientifically proved and developed a mode of sterilization of damp compound feeds for cats, kittens and cats which provides a necessary lethality and microbiological stability of a tinned product; for the first time indicators of microbiological quality of damp compound feeds in a storage time are defined; scientifically reasonably possibility of use of the damp compound feeds made on developed recipes and developed technology in feeding of laboratory and pets; the production technology of damp compound feeds is developed for cats, kittens and cats which is introduced and is approved in industrial conditions of the JSC Keith Plus enterprise.
