The subject of the study are the patients with chronic heart failure. The task of the study - establish the dependence of clinical and hemodynamic factors in patients with chronic heart failure from the polymorphism of genes of endothelial NO-synthetase and angiotensin-converted enzyme. We established the bad vasodilatation function in patients with gene type CC of polymorphism T(-786) and in patients with gene type TT of polymorphism G894T genes of endothelial NO-synthetase. The therapy of nebivolol is proved the favourable effect in patients with chronic heart failure.
