The objects of research are processes of territories development management, which are directed to smoothing interre-gional socio-economic differentiation, to preventing the threats of disproportion and inequality intensification in re-gional development, to forming of integral economic area. The methods of research are logic - theoretical generaliza-tion, analysis, synthesis, methods of cluster analysis, methods of panel data analysis, convergence models, econometric models, Fourier' analysis methods, methods of adaptive filtration, Markov's models, methods of catastrophes theory, methods of script modeling, imitating models. The conceptual positions of the anticipate regions development man-agement, model basis of inequality estimation and cyclic dynamics of regions development, forecasting models of cyclic dynamics indicators, imitating models of financial streams, scripts of financial politics were developed on the basis of theoretical generalization and results of methodical approach analysis relative to inequality estimation and cyclic dynam-ics of regions development. The results of scientific research are used in practical activity of regional state administra-tion and local self-government at regional program of socio-economic development.
