The structure and expert rules of decision-making fuzzy system for test voltage formation used for obtaining control information is proved. The algorithmic-, hardware and software of test conditions control is developed. The formation method of test voltage harmonic composition is developed. Unlike existing, this method optimizes an instant power discrete range that allows to increase the determination accuracy of equivalent circuit parameters of induction motors by using the instant power method. On the basis of fuzzy-set theory the decision-making system on range control of dynamic load current of induction motor is developed. It differs by losses definition based on analysis of instant power balance that provides invariance to copy parameters and compliance to dynamic and static loading conditions. Information technology of post repair tests control of induction motors has further development. It differs by polyharmonical supply formation and the analysis of instant power processes with using fuzzy expert systems that allows to increase tests efficiency. The presented results of researches and new control schemes are passed approbation and used in academic process at the Department of Automatic Control Systems and Electric Drive of Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University.
