The methodology of creation robot-technological complex simulation model for multipass welding adaptive control with arbitrary kinematics assembly of the robot manipulation system, equipped by the laser-televisional sensory system are developed. The methodology of the mathematical software synthesis for realization of welding torch multi-link manipulator optimal path control are developed. The methodology of thermal processes, metallurgical phase transformations and residual stresses finite-element modeling in the weld metal and thermal affected zone at the multipass MIG/MAG welding are developed. The algorithm of the welding mode parameters calculation for every pass of multipass seam, which guarantees reliable penetration of the side edges of joint, filling beads and forming of the weld seam, with the desired value of weld convexity are developed. The methodology of calculating the impact strength on the basis of decision of thermal taskare developed. The algorithm of technological adaptation to the gap size in a joint at root pass implementation is synthesized. As a result of experimental researches of the prototyping system determined that the multipass welding joints differ in the fine-grained weld metal structure and high characteristics toughness and impact strength.
